Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of all electrical equipment and systems
Maintain lighting systems, power points, panels, DBs, motors, and control circuits
Attend guest room electrical complaints promptly
Inspect and maintain UPS, generators, transformers, and electrical panels
Monitor electrical load and ensure proper power distribution
Ensure safety standards, PPE usage, and lockout/tagout procedures
Maintain records of maintenance work and logbooks
Coordinate with vendors for major repairs and installations
Assist in energy conservation initiatives
Comply with hotel SOPs, fire & life safety norms
