🔧 Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair of all electrical systems in production units and retail outlets.

• Troubleshoot and repair bakery and food-production equipment such as ovens, mixers, chillers, freezers, display counters, etc.

• Handle wiring, MCB/DB maintenance, control panels, and electrical circuits.

• Respond to breakdowns promptly and ensure minimum downtime.

• Support installation of new machines and equipment at outlets/production sites.

• Follow electrical safety standards and maintain proper maintenance logs and documentation.

🛠 Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems and equipment.

• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting electrical faults.

• Ability to read and understand electrical diagrams.

• Experience with bakery/food industry equipment preferred.

• Good teamwork and problem-solving skills.

🎓 Qualification

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

• Experience in FMCG, bakery, food, or hospitality industry is an added advantage.

⏰ Work Schedule

• Rotational shifts.

• Weekend/holiday duty as required.
