🔧 Roles & Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot tea/coffee machines and attend customer service calls

• Perform servicing, cleaning, and preventive maintenance

• Maintain daily operator reports and monthly service schedules

• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly

• Coordinate with customers, admin, CREs, and senior engineers

• Manage spare parts, stock, and consumption reports

• Train operators on machine usage, cleaning, and safety

• Assist in machine installation and demonstrations

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly service reports
