Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise rooftop solar project execution from start to commissioning.

• Coordinate with site engineers, electricians, vendors, and clients.

• Prepare project schedules and ensure timely completion.

• Monitor installation quality and electrical safety standards.

• Handle project documentation, BOQ, material planning, and reporting.

• Coordinate with DISCOM, government departments, and internal teams when required.

• Resolve site-related technical and operational issues.

• Ensure compliance with electrical and solar industry standards.

Required Qualifications

• B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (Mandatory)

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in solar, electrical, or EPC projects.

• Knowledge of rooftop solar systems, electrical drawings, and project coordination.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and project documentation.

• Good communication and team management skills.

• Male candidates preferred.

• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
