Job Title: Electrician

Job Summary

The Electrician is responsible for installing, maintaining, inspecting, and repairing electrical systems at project sites. The role ensures all electrical work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Electrical Installation & Maintenance

• Install, test, and maintain electrical wiring, panels, switches, sockets, lighting, and power systems

• Read and interpret electrical drawings, layouts, and schematics

• Perform preventive maintenance of electrical systems and equipment

• Identify electrical faults and carry out repairs promptly

Site Work & Coordination

• Coordinate with site supervisors, engineers, and other trades

• Ensure electrical work is completed as per project schedule

• Assist during inspections and handover of electrical works

• Maintain proper housekeeping at the work site

Safety & Compliance

• Follow electrical safety rules, PPE usage, and company policies

• Ensure compliance with IS standards and local electrical regulations

• Report unsafe conditions, hazards, or defects immediately

Tools & Material Handling

• Use electrical tools and testing instruments safely

• Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in good condition

• Assist in material requirement planning and stock control

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain daily work progress reports

• Record maintenance and repair activities

• Support documentation required for site audits and inspections

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and wiring

• Ability to troubleshoot electrical faults

• Understanding of safety practices and standards

• Good teamwork and communication skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Qualifications & Experience

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical or equivalent

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in construction or interiors projects

• Experience in commercial / residential / industrial electrical work preferred

Working Conditions

• Site-based role

• May require working extended hours as per project needs

• It is a Full Time ఎలక్ట్రీషియన్ job for candidates with 2 - 3 years of experience.
