Job Summary

We are looking for an Electrical Design Engineer with experience in ACDB and DCDB panel/box design for solar and electrical distribution systems. The candidate will be responsible for preparing AutoCAD drawings, electrical layouts, schematic diagrams, BOM, and supporting manufacturing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design ACDB (AC Distribution Box) and DCDB (DC Distribution Box) panels

• Prepare electrical drawings using AutoCAD

• Create GA drawings, SLDs, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts

• Select electrical components such as MCCB, MCB, SPD, fuse, contactor, busbar, and terminals

• Prepare BOM and technical documentation

• Ensure compliance with IEC/IS standards and customer specifications

• Coordinate with production and QA teams for fabrication and assembly

• Support testing and troubleshooting activities

• Maintain drawing revisions and project records

Required Skills

• Knowledge of ACDB/DCDB design and solar electrical systems

• Proficiency in AutoCAD

• Understanding of electrical protection systems and panel wiring

• Knowledge of panel sizing, busbar calculations, and enclosure standards

• Ability to read and prepare SLD and schematic diagrams

• Familiarity with LT panel and solar system components
