Key Responsibilities

• Repair, install, replace and service home .

• Diagnose technical problems and troubleshoot equipment efficiently.

• Handle customer complaints and identify the cause of problems.

• Repair or replace faulty components and assemble necessary parts.

• Perform preventive maintenance and regular servicing.

• Provide cost estimates and discuss required parts or repairs before starting work.

• Maintain proper service records and job reports.

• Follow all health, safety and service quality guidelines.

• Stay updated with new technologies and repair techniques.

Job Requirements

• Experience: 1–6+ years in home appliance repair and servicing

• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to communicate with customers clearly and professionally.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls.

• Knowledge of tools and basic systems.

• Ability to follow health and safety regulations.
