Field Service & Installation Technician (Electrical)

Job Responsibilities:

Travel across India to RDL Technologies' client locations for project execution.

Carry out electrical cabling, panel wiring, installation, and commissioning of industrial monitoring systems.

Install and configure energy meters and associated electrical equipment.

Ensure proper wiring, testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning as per project requirements.

Coordinate with the project team and client representatives during installation and handover.

Travel & Benefits:

This role requires extensive travel across India.

Travel, accommodation, and food expenses during official assignments will be borne by the company.

Required Skills:

Panel wiring and electrical wiring.

Installation and commissioning of energy meters.

Ability to read electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.

Knowledge of electrical safety practices and troubleshooting.

Willingness to travel extensively for project deployments.

Good to Have:

Exposure to Industry 4.0 solutions.

Experience with Energy Management Systems (EMS), Energy Monitoring, ESD (Electrical System Data), and OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) monitoring solutions.

Basic understanding of industrial automation, PLCs, communication protocols (Modbus, RS485), and IoT-based monitoring systems.

Experience in industrial manufacturing environments.
