Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Electrician to handle electrical installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work at our facility. The candidate should have good knowledge of electrical systems and be able to identify and resolve electrical issues safely and efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, equipment, and electrical systems.

- Perform regular inspection and preventive maintenance of electrical equipment.

- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults, breakdowns, and wiring issues.

- Handle electrical connections, switches, sockets, MCBs, DBs, panels, and related components.

- Ensure proper functioning of lighting, power supply, and other electrical systems.

- Carry out electrical repair and maintenance work as required.

- Follow electrical safety procedures and ensure compliance with workplace safety standards.

- Use electrical testing equipment and hand tools safely and effectively.

- Maintain records of electrical maintenance and report major faults or issues to the supervisor.

- Coordinate with maintenance and other operational teams when required.

- Ensure tools, equipment, and work areas are kept clean and organized.

- Respond promptly to electrical breakdowns and emergencies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- ITI/Diploma in Electrical or relevant technical qualification preferred. (optional)

- 1–5 years of experience as an Electrician or in a similar role.

- Good knowledge of electrical wiring, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

- Ability to read basic electrical diagrams and understand electrical connections.

- Knowledge of electrical safety practices.

- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

- Physically fit and comfortable working in an industrial/workplace environment.
