Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings.

• Perform wiring and assembly of LT/HT panels, control panels, MCC, PCC, APFC, and distribution boards.

• Mount electrical components such as breakers, relays, contactors, bus bars, meters, and switches inside the panels.

• Cable routing, crimping, gland fitting, ferruling, and termination of wires as per standard practices.

• Conduct panel testing (continuity, insulation resistance, functionality) before dispatch.

• Troubleshoot electrical issues in assembled panels.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company quality procedures.

• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the work area and tools.

• Coordinate with the design and QC teams for corrections or improvements.

Requirements:

• Education: ITI / Diploma in Electrical or related field.

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in electrical panel wiring and assembly.

• Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of electrical standards (e.g., IEC, IS).

• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.

• Understanding of various electrical components and their functions.

• Other Skills:

• Attention to detail and quality.

• Ability to work independently and in a team.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a certified panel manufacturing company.

• Ability to work on multiple types of panels (HT, LT, PLC-based, etc.).

• Basic knowledge of electrical safety, testing equipment, and documentation.
