We are looking for a Field technician to join our team at Innovative Fiber Solution Pvt Ltd Bangalore. The tasks will include installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting of Networks in and around Bangalore. The position offers an in-hand salary between Rs.18000 to Rs. 20000 plus conveyance and growth opportunities. The candidates must possess two-wheeler + license

📌 Key Responsibilities

Installing broadband connections (Broadband Modems)
Setting up routers, modems, and ONTs
Troubleshooting internet issues (slow speed, no connectivity)
Laying and repairing damaged cables or network lines
Testing signal strength and network performance
Visiting customer locations for service requests
Coordinating with backend/network teams

🛠️ Skills Required

Basic networking knowledge (IP, DNS, routers)
Fiber optics handling (splicing, testing)
Problem-solving and troubleshooting
Communication skills (customer interaction)
Basic electrical and hardware knowledge

🎓 Qualification

ITI / Diploma / 10+2 (technical preferred)
Certifications like CCNA (optional but helpful)
