Key Responsibilities:

• Operation, monitoring, and maintenance of HT Panels, LT Panels, and Substations

• Handling power distribution systems for studios, PCRs, MCRs, and newsroom setups

• Maintenance of DG sets, UPS systems, batteries, and electrical backup systems

• Load management and power synchronization between HT, DG, and UPS

• Immediate troubleshooting of electrical faults to ensure 24x7 broadcast continuity

• Coordination with technical, engineering, and operations teams

• Regular preventive maintenance and safety inspections

• Ensuring compliance with electrical safety norms and industry standards

• Maintaining logs, reports, and documentation related to electrical systems

• Vendor coordination for AMC and external electrical services

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering (mandatory)

• Strong knowledge of HT Panels, transformers, switchgear, breakers

• Experience in broadcast, media, TV channel, studio, or data center environment preferred

• Understanding of UPS systems, earthing, and power backup solutions.
