Job Description – Electrician (Facility Management)

Position: Electrician
Industry: Facility Management / Technical Services
Location: As per site requirement
Experience: 2–5 years (preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out day-to-day electrical maintenance activities across facility sites.

• Attend and resolve electrical breakdowns, faults, and emergencies.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems.

• Maintain and troubleshoot LT panels, distribution boards, wiring, switches, and lighting systems.

• Ensure smooth operation of UPS, DG power interface, earthing, and power supply systems.

• Replace faulty electrical components such as MCBs, contactors, relays, sockets, and light fittings.

• Conduct periodic inspections and ensure electrical safety compliance.

• Support energy-saving initiatives and retrofit works when required.

• Coordinate with supervisors and engineers for planned maintenance activities.

• Maintain proper records of maintenance work and logbooks.

• Ensure adherence to safety standards, SOPs, and statutory requirements.

Skills & Requirements:

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical (mandatory).

• Knowledge of facility electrical systems and maintenance practices.

• Ability to read basic electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.

• Familiar with safety procedures and PPE usage.

• Willingness to work in shifts and attend emergency calls.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in commercial buildings, malls, IT parks, hospitals, or residential complexes.

• Exposure to retrofit electrical works and energy efficiency projects is an added advantage.

• It is a Full Time ఎలక్ట్రీషియన్ job for candidates with 2 - 3 years of experience.
