Electrician

Job Summary:

The Electrician is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems and equipment within the showroom, office, and other company facilities. The role ensures uninterrupted power supply, safety compliance, and proper functioning of all electrical installations.

Key Responsibilities:

Electrical Maintenance

• Perform routine inspection and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults, wiring issues, and power failures.

• Ensure proper functioning of lighting systems, switches, sockets, and distribution panels.

• Maintain electrical installations in showrooms, offices, and staff facilities.

Installation & Repairs

• Install electrical wiring, fixtures, equipment, and appliances.

• Replace defective electrical components and equipment.

• Assist in electrical setup for new showrooms, renovations, and events.

• Ensure all electrical work complies with safety standards and regulations.

Equipment Maintenance

• Monitor and maintain UPS systems, generators, inverters, and batteries.

• Coordinate maintenance of air conditioners and other electrical equipment when required.

• Ensure uninterrupted operation of electrical systems.

Safety & Compliance

• Follow electrical safety procedures and company policies.

• Identify potential electrical hazards and take corrective action.

• Maintain records of maintenance activities and repairs.

• Ensure compliance with statutory and safety regulations.

Emergency Support

• Respond promptly to electrical breakdowns and emergencies.

• Provide technical support during power outages and equipment failures.

• Coordinate with external vendors for major repairs when necessary.

Required Qualifications:

• ITI Electrician / Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

• Valid Electrical License (preferred).

Experience:

• 2 to 5 years of experience as an Electrician.

• Experience in Retail Showrooms, Commercial Buildings, or Facilities Management preferred.
