Roles & Responsibilities

1. Electrical Maintenance

• Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems

• Maintain motors, panels, switches, wiring, and lighting systems

• Attend electrical faults and rectify issues immediately

2. Machine & Equipment Support

• Maintain electrical parts of machines (warping, sizing, motors, drives, etc.)

• Assist in machine installation, commissioning, and shifting

• Coordinate with production team during machine breakdowns

3. Safety & Compliance

• Ensure electrical safety standards are followed

• Use proper PPE and follow lockout–tagout procedures

• Ensure earthing, insulation, and overload protection systems are in good condition

4. Power & Utility Management

• Monitor power supply, load distribution, and energy consumption

• Handle DG set operations and power changeover (if applicable)

• Coordinate with EB department during power shutdowns and issues

5. Inspection & Documentation

• Maintain maintenance records and electrical logbooks

• Report recurring issues and suggest corrective actions

• Support internal and external audits

6. Spare & Material Handling

• Identify electrical spare requirements

• Maintain proper usage and storage of electrical materials

Key Skills Required

• Knowledge of industrial electrical systems

• Ability to read electrical drawings

• Troubleshooting and fault-finding skills

• Safety awareness

Qualification & Experience

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical

• 2–5 years experience in factory / industrial environment preferred

• It is a Full Time ఎలక్ట్రీషియన్ job for candidates with 3 - 6 years of experience.
