Job Summary

RS Electricals is looking for a skilled and responsible Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities at project sites. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, leadership abilities, and hands-on experience in electrical works.

Qualifications (Any one):

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering with minimum 3 years of experience, OR

• B.A. (Electrical) with minimum 2 years of experience

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily electrical activities at project sites.

• Inspect, install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and components.

• Ensure work is carried out as per electrical standards, drawings, and safety guidelines.

• Allocate work to technicians/electricians and monitor their performance.

• Troubleshoot electrical faults and provide timely solutions.

• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients.

• Maintain site documentation, work reports, and material usage records.

• Ensure compliance with safety norms and company procedures.

• Guide and train junior staff when required.

Skills & Competencies Required

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, panels, wiring, and industrial installations.

• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.

• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Leadership and team-handling capabilities.
