Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Electrical Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and completion of electrical projects. The candidate will coordinate between site teams, engineers, vendors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per technical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor electrical project activities from planning to execution

• Assist Project Manager in preparing project schedules, reports, and documentation

• Ensure compliance with electrical drawings, specifications, and safety standards

• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and suppliers for smooth execution

• Track project progress, material delivery, and manpower deployment

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports

• Handle BOQs, material requisitions, and billing support

• Ensure timely completion of work as per project timelines

• Maintain project records, drawings, and approvals

• Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering

• 1–5 years of experience in electrical projects (Industrial / Commercial / Residential)

• Knowledge of electrical systems, drawings, and project coordination

• Familiarity with MS Excel, MS Project, AutoCAD (basic level preferred)

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in EPC or construction projects

• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards

• Vendor and subcontractor coordination experience
