Key Responsibilities – Control Panel & Power Panel Wireman

• Read and understand electrical wiring diagrams, circuit diagrams, and panel layouts.

• Perform control panel and power panel wiring as per approved drawings and specifications.

• Install and wire components such as MCB, MCCB, contactors, relays, timers, overloads, terminal blocks, SMPS, transformers, VFDs, PLCs, and push buttons.

• Perform proper cable cutting, dressing, routing, ferruling, crimping, and termination.

• Carry out power and control circuit wiring accurately and safely.

• Install and connect busbars, cable ducts, terminals, switches, meters, and other electrical components.

• Perform continuity, insulation, and point-to-point testing of panel wiring.

• Identify and rectify wiring faults, loose connections, short circuits, and incorrect terminations.

• Assist in panel testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.

• Ensure proper earthing and electrical safety practices during wiring and testing.

• Maintain proper wire numbering, ferruling, cable identification, and panel labeling.

• Coordinate with design, production, testing, and engineering teams for panel completion.

• Ensure work is completed according to quality standards, electrical drawings, and project timelines.

• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of wiring inside the panel.

• Follow all required electrical safety procedures and PPE requirements.

• It is a Full Time ఎలక్ట్రీషియన్ job for candidates with 3 - 4 years of experience.
