Key Responsibilities

• Conduct vehicle testing and performance evaluation on designated test tracks.

• Perform vehicle trials under different driving conditions to assess performance, handling, braking, ride comfort, and overall functionality.

• Identify, troubleshoot, and analyze vehicle-related issues observed during testing.

• Investigate the root causes of technical problems and recommend corrective actions.

• Work closely with engineering and quality teams to resolve vehicle performance issues.

• Record test observations, document issues, and prepare detailed testing reports.

• Verify the effectiveness of corrective actions through repeat testing.

• Follow vehicle testing procedures and safety protocols.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience in passenger car testing on test tracks.

• Strong understanding of vehicle systems, components, and performance parameters.

• Ability to identify vehicle issues, analyze root causes, and suggest practical solutions.

• Good troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to prepare test reports and maintain testing documentation.

• Valid driving licence and confidence in driving passenger vehicles.
