Heavy Driver

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Eicher Driver to operate goods vehicles safely and efficiently. The role involves transporting materials, maintaining vehicle condition, and following company and road safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive and operate Eicher goods vehicles safely for material transportation.

• Ensure timely delivery and pickup of materials as per schedule.

• Perform daily vehicle checks (fuel, oil, brakes, lights, tyres).

• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and basic upkeep.

• Report any mechanical issues immediately to the concerned authority.

• Ensure all vehicle documents (RC, Insurance, Fitness, Permit, PUC) are valid.

• Follow traffic rules and company safety guidelines at all times.

• Maintain trip logs, fuel records, and delivery documents.

• Assist with loading and unloading of materials when required.
  

Skills & Requirements:

• Valid Heavy Vehicle (HV) Driving License

• Minimum 3 years of experience driving Eicher or similar goods vehicles

• Good knowledge of local routes and road safety regulations

• Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance

• Physically fit and responsible

• Willingness to work flexible hours if required
  

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)
Benefits: ESI, PF (as applicable), paid leave, and overtime allowance
