Field Operations Associate (Driver & Legal Support)
Position Overview
The Field Operations Associate is responsible for providing safe transportation, assisting advocates during legal assignments, coordinating field operations, handling legal document logistics, supporting office administration, and accompanying advocates on out-of-station and interstate assignments.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy travelling, are highly responsible, and are willing to learn legal support operations.
Key Responsibilities
A. Driving & Transportation
Safely drive advocates, management, clients, and staff.
Airport, railway station, court, hotel, and client pickups and drop-offs.
Plan efficient travel routes using GPS and navigation applications.
Ensure timely arrivals for meetings, court proceedings, mediations, and client visits.
Maintain courteous and professional behaviour while driving.
B. Out-of-Station & Interstate Tours
Accompany advocates throughout India for legal assignments.
Be willing to travel at short notice.
Stay out of station for multiple days whenever required.
Coordinate travel schedules and logistics.
Assist with hotel check-ins and travel arrangements.
Safeguard confidential legal files during travel.
Support advocates throughout official visits.
C. Legal Field Operations
Deliver legal notices and important documents.
Obtain acknowledgements wherever applicable.

Banks
NBFCs
Police Stations
Courts
Government Departments
Corporate Offices
Client Locations
Assist in collecting documents and records.
Coordinate with advocates, clerks, clients, and authorities.
Maintain proper records of field visits.
D. Office Administration
Print, scan, photocopy, and organize legal documents.
Assist in maintaining case files.
Dispatch couriers.
Purchase office supplies.
Support inventory management.
Assist with basic office operations.
E. Client Support
Welcome clients visiting the office.
Assist senior citizens and differently abled clients.
Coordinate appointments.
Ensure professional client experience.
Maintain confidentiality of client information.
F. Business Development Support
Deliver company brochures.
Visit referral partners.
Support legal awareness programmes.
Assist during seminars, workshops, and events.
Build professional relationships with external stakeholders.
G. Vehicle Management
Daily vehicle inspection.
Maintain cleanliness of vehicle.
Fuel management.
FASTag management.
Toll and parking records.
Insurance renewal coordination.
Periodic servicing and maintenance.
Immediate reporting of repairs or accidents.
Eligibility Criteria
Mandatory
Valid LMV Driving Licence.
Minimum 3 years of driving experience.
Clean driving record.
Willingness to travel anywhere in India.
Physically fit.
Comfortable using Google Maps.
Smartphone proficiency.
Preferred
Knowledge of Telugu, Hindi, and basic English.
Previous experience in corporate, legal, government, or executive driving.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, PDF scanning, email, WhatsApp).
Working Hours
Standard office timings with flexibility based on operational requirements.
Availability during weekends, holidays, or emergencies whenever official assignments require.
Travel Requirements
Frequent travel within Telangana.
Regular interstate travel.
Overnight stays as required.
Extended tours based on case assignments.
