Key Responsibilities:

• Pickup and delivery goods to correct address.

• Do pre- and post-delivery inspection and quality check of items at the time of vehicle loading and at the time of delivery at doorstep.

• Update delivery related information on client and company apps. Maintain open and clear communication with the dispatch team to provide updates on delivery status, delays, or issues.

• Operate vehicle as per safety norms prescribed by company.

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance assigned vehicle to ensure these are fully charged prior to duty and are in good running condition. Report any issues to the maintenance team. • Provide excellent customer service through professional conduct and cordial behavior

• Be vigilant and cautious while driving to minimize the risk of accidents.
