Job Description:

Kwontum is hiring experienced and responsible drivers for corporate and executive vehicle operations. The selected drivers will be responsible for safely transporting customers, maintaining professional behaviour and ensuring the assigned vehicle is operated carefully.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely drive Sedan, SUV and Executive Luxury vehicles.
• Pick up and drop customers according to assigned bookings.
• Follow traffic rules and company safety procedures.
• Maintain punctuality, professional grooming and polite customer interaction.
• Use Google Maps and follow assigned routes efficiently.
• Conduct basic vehicle checks before starting duty.
• Immediately report accidents, vehicle damage or operational issues to the concerned supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper care of the assigned vehicle.
• Work according to the shift and weekly-off schedule assigned by the company.

Salary:

• With food and accommodation: Fixed salary of ₹24,000 per month.
• Without food and accommodation: Fixed salary of ₹27,000 per month.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Valid driving licence is mandatory.
• Relevant driving experience is required.
• Candidate must be comfortable driving Sedan, SUV and premium vehicles.
• Basic knowledge of Bengaluru routes and Google Maps is preferred.
• Good driving discipline, punctuality and professional grooming are mandatory.
• Candidate should be willing to work according to operational shift requirements.
