Salary

· Rs. 18,000 for monthly for minimum 270 hours online time on Porter

· Salary paid on monthly basis on 10th of every month

Ride Count Bonus (Only applicable if Fare Target is achieved)

· No bonus for booking minimum 90 rides per month (100% Target)

· Rs. 50 per ride additional booking on Porter, for example:

o Rs. 1500 bonus for booking 120 rides per month

Fare Bonus

· Rs. 3000 for earning of Rs. 60,000 monthly on Porter (100% Target)

· 10% of net amount for additional fare on Porter, for example:

o Rs. 6000 for earning of Rs. 90,000 monthly on Porter (150% Target)

o Rs. 9000 for earning of Rs. 1,20,000 monthly on Porter (200% Target)

Salary + Bonus

· 100% Target Salary + Bonus = Rs. 21,000

· 150% Target Salary + Bonus = Rs. 24,000

· 200% Target Salary + Bonus = Rs. 28,500

Deductions

· Rs. 60 per hour deducted for under 270 hours online time

· Rs. 50 deducted per missed ride/cancelled ride on Porter

· Any traffic Challan will be deducted from the Salary

Work

· Maintain online time on Porter (9 am to 8 pm)

· Send screenshot of start time & end time as required

· Accept all bookings on app as soon as possible

· Remain at ride end location till next ride booking or instructed otherwise

· Responsibility of vehicle is on driver for non-insured repair
