1. Fully responsible and accountable for vehicle safety, maintenance and cleanliness.

2. Responsible for cleaning the vehicle daily morning before starting the trip.

3. Responsible for getting the vehicle serviced on time as per schedule.

4. Responsible for immediately reporting any damages to the vehicle.

5. Responsible for highlighting/fixing minor vehicle issues by coordinating with the supervisor.

6. Responsible for checking the engine oil, tyre pressure, lights condition etc.

7. Responsible for ensuring that the vehicle is locked and all doors and windows are locked after loading and unloading, if the vehicle has to be left unattended.

8. Responsible for getting the water serviced / greased monthly basis.

9. Any damage to vehicles by you or by any 3rd party, you will be held accountable.

10. Loading and unloading of materials to and from stores and factories.

11. Pick up/deliver the goods and materials as per the gate pass, any mismatch/loss of items you will be accountable .

12. Responsible and accountable for material carried in vehicles.

13. Responsible and accountable for material handling crates/bags/tools.

14. Be professional and respect everyone in stores and factories. Do not use rude or impolite language while working.

15. Responsible for refueling the vehicle and handover receipt/video/photo proof.

16. Follow the traffic rules, any violations you will be responsible for are fines associated with it.

17. You shouldn’t use  alcohol, paan masala, gutka, or cigarettes on duty hours. Do not smoke inside the vehicle. Any violation you will be terminated.

18. Any fraudulent activity found with vehicle diesel or parts or materials, you will be terminated immediately and a police FIR will be raised.

19. Do not reveal any information about factories to anyone.  If any violation is found, you will be terminated immediately.

20. Do not reveal any information about one store to another store. For example garment counts, issues etc. If any violation is found, you will be terminated immediately.

21. If you are involved in an accident, immediately report to the factory supervisor. Do not move the vehicle or leave the site of the accident without the factory supervisor's permission.

22. Immediately report any fraudulent activity by the van assistant.
