The ideal candidate will ensure punctual travel, maintain the vehicle in excellent condition, and support related personal and professional errands as required. A high level of confidentiality, flexibility, and professionalism is essential.Key ResponsibilitiesDriving & TransportationSafely chauffeur the Director to meetings, events, airport transfers, and other appointments.Ensure punctual pickups and drop-offs according to the Director’s schedule.Plan routes in advance and adjust for traffic or schedule changes.Drive defensively and comply with all traffic laws and safety standards.Vehicle Care & MaintenanceMaintain cleanliness and presentability of the vehicle at all times.Perform routine checks (fuel, oil, water, tires, brakes, lights).Schedule servicing and repairs; report mechanical issues promptly.Ensure all vehicle documents (insurance, registration, permits) are valid.Support & ErrandsAssist with personal and office errands as required.Handle deliveries, document collection, and light logistics tasks.Support travel-related arrangements when needed.Professional Conduct & ConfidentialityMaintain strict confidentiality regarding the Director’s schedule, movements, and personal matters.Present a professional appearance and courteous demeanor.Be flexible with working hours, including evenings, weekends, and travel when required.
