ob Title: Laundry Driver
Location: IMT Manesar
Department: Operations / Logistics
Reports To: Laundry Supervisor / Operations Manager
Job Summary:
The Laundry Driver is responsible for the timely pickup and delivery of laundry items between client locations and the laundry facility, ensuring safety, proper handling, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Pickup soiled linen/clothes from client locations (hotels, hospitals, etc.)
Deliver clean laundry items on time as per schedule
Ensure proper loading and unloading of laundry bags/items
Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the vehicle
Follow assigned routes and delivery timelines
Keep records of deliveries and collections (logbook, challans, etc.)
Coordinate with laundry team and supervisors for smooth operations
Ensure safety of goods during transportation
Follow traffic rules and company policies
Requirements:
Valid Driving License (LMV/Commercial as required)
Minimum 1–3 years of driving experience
Basic reading and writing skills
Knowledge of local routes and areas
Physically fit for loading/unloading work
