Safely drive company vehicles for oAicial purposes — meetings, client visits. 2. Ensure the vehicle is well-maintained, clean, and regularly serviced. 3. Keep track of fuel, oil, and vehicle maintenance expenses. 4. Follow all traAic rules and company safety guideline OAice Assistance Duties 1. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the oAice premises (pantry, reception, workstation areas). 2. Prepare and serve tea, coAee, and water to staA and visitors. 3. Handle document delivery, bank work, courier, and filing tasks. 4. Assist in photocopying, scanning, and basic oAice errands. 5. Support administrative staA in day-to-day operations. General Support 1. Manage inward/outward documents and parcels. 2. Purchase and arrange oAice supplies or groceries when needed. 3. Help with minor oAice maintenance tasks. 4. Perform any other duties assigned by the HR/Admin team. Timing Shift : 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) However, during driving assignments, timing flexibility will be required as per work needs.
