Job Description

Plan routes efficiently to avoid delays and minimize travel time.
Maintain cleanliness and good condition of the assigned vehicle.
Conduct daily vehicle inspections (fuel, engine oil, coolant, tyre pressure, brakes, lights, etc.).
Report any vehicle repairs or maintenance requirements immediately.
Keep all vehicle documents (RC, Insurance, PUC, Fitness Certificate, Permit, etc.) updated and available.
Maintain a daily logbook of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance.
Follow all traffic rules and company safety guidelines.
Assist in loading and unloading light office materials when required.
Coordinate with the Admin department for vehicle servicing and repairs.
Be available for local and outstation travel whenever required.
Ensure confidentiality regarding company information and management travel.
