🚗 JOB DESCRIPTION – TESTING VEHICLE DRIVER

Company: Maswer Automotive India Pvt. Ltd.
Position: Testing Vehicle Driver
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 In-Hand
Experience: 3–5 Years
Qualification: 12th Pass / ITI / Diploma
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Chitegaon – Bidkin, Sambhajinagar

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Drive assigned Testing Vehicles safely as per the instructions of the Testing Team / Engineer.

• Conduct vehicle testing on city roads, highways, ghat roads and different road conditions.

• Perform vehicle testing on the Company Internal Test Track as per defined testing procedures and instructions.

• Follow designated test routes and complete testing activities as per the assigned schedule.

• Follow all traffic rules, company safety procedures, Test Track Rules and testing protocols.

• Perform basic vehicle safety checks before every test drive.

• Maintain records of trip details, kilometres, fuel/charging and testing activities.

• Immediately report any vehicle abnormality, warning indication, breakdown or safety issue to the concerned Engineer/Supervisor.

• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure the vehicle is in proper condition for testing.

• Support the Testing Team during long-distance and outstation vehicle testing whenever required.

• Maintain professional and responsible behaviour while handling company vehicles and passengers.

• Follow all Internal Test Track safety instructions, speed limits, PPE requirements and designated driving procedures.

📋 Job Requirements

• Valid LMV / HMV Driving Licence with a valid Passenger Transport Badge, as applicable to the assigned Testing Vehicle.

• 2–5 years of relevant driving experience.

• Experience in Automotive / Vehicle Testing / Passenger Vehicle Driving will be preferred.

• Experience in Company Internal Test Track Driving will be an added advantage.

• Good knowledge of traffic rules and road safety.

• Basic knowledge of GPS / Google Maps for route navigation.

• Good driving skills with experience in highway, long-distance and test-track driving.

• Basic communication skills and ability to follow instructions from the Testing Team.

• Must be punctual, responsible and safety-conscious.

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts and travel for outstation testing as per project requirements.
