Core duties include planning efficient routes using GPS, maintaining vehicle cleanliness, following traffic laws, and handling routine vehicle maintenance. Candidates need a valid license and a clean driving record.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Safe Transport: Drive company vehicles to move passengers or deliver packages on schedule.
Route Planning: Use GPS and maps to find the fastest, safest routes while avoiding traffic.
Vehicle Care: Inspect the car daily, check fluid levels, keep the interior clean, and schedule routine servicing.
Record Keeping: Log daily mileage, fuel costs, and travel times accurately.
Compliance: Obey all local road safety rules, traffic laws, and company policies.
Skills and Qualifications
Valid License: Hold a valid state or national driving license with a clean driving record.
Experience: 1 to 2 years of professional driving experience.
Navigational Knowledge: Strong familiarity with local city roads, shortcuts, and GPS apps.
Soft Skills: Punctual, reliable, courteous, and professional communication.
Physical Health: Good vision and physical ability to assist with luggage or light cargo.
