Key Responsibilities:

• Transportation: Safely drive company vehicles for personnel, deliveries, and errands.

• Route Management: Plan and adjust routes to avoid traffic and ensure timely arrivals.

• Vehicle Maintenance: Perform daily checks (oil, tires, lights), keep the vehicle clean, report issues, and arrange minor repairs.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate logbooks for mileage, fuel, trips, and service records.

• Compliance: Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.

• Communication: Report delays, accidents, or vehicle damage to management promptly.

• Administrative Support: Assist with banking, mail, photocopying, or other office duties as needed.
