Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and trustworthy Driver cum Office Boy to provide safe transportation services and assist with day-to-day office support activities. The candidate should possess a valid driving license, good knowledge of local routes, and the ability to handle administrative and office-related tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Driving Duties

• Safely drive company vehicles for official travel and errands.

• Pick up and drop employees, clients, and guests as required.

• Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and office materials.

• Ensure timely transportation while following traffic rules and regulations.

• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure regular servicing and maintenance.

• Keep records of fuel consumption, vehicle maintenance, and travel logs.

• Report any vehicle issues or accidents immediately.

Office Support Duties

• Assist with photocopying, scanning, filing, and document management.

• Handle banking work, courier dispatches, and collection of official documents.

• Support office administration and housekeeping activities.

• Purchase office supplies and maintain inventory when required.

• Assist in arranging meeting rooms and office events.

• Serve refreshments to guests and visitors, if required.

• Perform other office-related tasks assigned by management.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 10th/12th pass.

• Valid LMV Driving License.

• Proven experience as a driver with a clean driving record.

• Basic understanding of office procedures and documentation.

• Familiarity with local city routes and traffic regulations.

• Ability to read and write basic English and Hindi.

• It is a Full Time డ్రైవర్ job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
