Safely drive company or assigned vehicle as per schedule and instructions.
Ensure timely pick-up and drop of staff, guests, clients, or materials.
Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the vehicle at all times.
Follow traffic rules, road safety regulations, and company policies.
Conduct daily vehicle checks (fuel, oil, water, brakes, tyres, lights).
Report any mechanical issues or accidents immediately to the supervisor.
Keep vehicle documents valid (RC, insurance, PUC, permit).
Maintain a logbook of daily trips, mileage, and fuel usage.
Assist passengers with luggage or goods when required.
Ensure vehicle security and park in designated safe areas.
Avoid unauthorized use of the vehicle.
Maintain professional behavior, politeness, and confidentiality.
Follow assigned routes and optimize travel time when possible.
Support office or management with errands when instructed.
Be available for duty during emergency or special assignments
