Driver – Field Operations | Acko Technologies

Acko Technologies is hiring a Driver for its Field Operations team. The role involves safely transporting vehicles within non-commercial areas, performing basic vehicle checks, maintaining accurate vehicle documentation, and following all traffic and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely drive and transport vehicles as per assigned tasks.

• Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report issues.

• Ensure all vehicle-related documents are accurate and updated.

• Follow road safety protocols and company guidelines.

• Complete assigned tasks within the required timelines.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.

• Valid LMV driving license.

• Minimum 3 years of experience driving manual and automatic four-wheelers.

• Knowledge of road safety rules and basic vehicle troubleshooting.

• Strong time management and communication skills.

• Own bike and smartphone required.

• Original ID, address, educational, and previous employment documents required.

Salary & Benefits:

• Fixed Salary: ₹20,800 per month.

• Performance Incentive: Up to ₹7,000 (Tier 1 cities),

• Task Reimbursement: ₹125 per task.

• Mobile Recharge Reimbursement: ₹350.

• Insurance Coverage: ₹2 Lakhs.

• Quarterly Performance Bonus: ₹5,000 (based on performance).

• Half-Yearly Retention Bonus: ₹3,500.

Potential Earnings: Up to ₹34,150 average per month based on city tier, incentives, mobile reimbursement, and task reimbursements.

Working Hours: Day Shift – 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Overtime will be paid at ₹50 per hour after working hours.
