Ø To maintain the assigned vehicle clean and good condition by periodical service

Ø To follow up with the renewal of vehicle insurance

Ø To maintain the minimum/extra fuel limit

Ø To park the vehicle in safe/ assigned place

Ø To taking care of the Management indoor and outdoor trips and plan as per instruction received from them

Ø To taking care of the management’s luggage while travel

Ø To provide the necessary information to the management to plan their movements

Ø To maintain the Confidentiality

Ø To maintain the vehicle log which include his movements and fuel purchase

Ø To coordinate with HOD for day to day activity and smooth functioning

Ø To carry out any other assignments given by the management

Ø To Settle Petro card slips to HR the day when fuels the car
