  • Route & Schedule Management: Adhere to assigned routes and schedules, report delays (traffic/weather), and manage trip timing.

  • Record Keeping: Complete trip logs, passenger counts, and inspection reports as required.

  • Emergency Response: Handle minor emergencies, health issues, or unruly passengers professionally.
