We are looking for reliable and hardworking Delivery Executives to join our e-commerce logistics team. The candidate will be responsible for safely delivering packages to customers at their doorstep within a specific area. This is a field job that requires good time management, customer service, and basic smartphone handling.
Pick up packages from the warehouse or designated hub.
Deliver orders to customers at their provided address.
Collect payments (if applicable) and ensure proper documentation.
Obtain delivery confirmation and update delivery status in the mobile app.
Handle products with care to avoid damage during delivery.
Follow route and time schedules efficiently.
Communicate with dispatch or supervisors for updates and route issues.
Maintain a professional and customer-friendly attitude during deliveries.
Minimum 10th pass (preferred).
Must have a valid two-wheeler license and own a bike/scooter (if applicable).
Working smartphone with internet connectivity.
Basic understanding of using delivery apps (training will be provided).
Good physical health and stamina for on-field work.
