Job Title: Senior YouTube Channel Manager (Podcast & Social Media) About the Role- We are looking for a creative and strategic Senior YouTube Channel Manager to lead the growth and management of our podcast content across YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook. This role combines content strategy, script writing, channel management, social media execution, analytics, and team leadership. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of YouTube growth, be an excellent content writer for podcasts and solo videos, and be capable of managing a Junior Channel Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day execution. Key Responsibilities Content Strategy & Writing - Research trending and high-impact topics aligned with the brand. - Write compelling podcast outlines, interview briefs, and solo video scripts. - Develop engaging titles, hooks, descriptions, CTAs, and chapter timestamps. - Collaborate with hosts to refine content ideas and improve storytelling. - Maintain a consistent content calendar for podcasts and solo videos. YouTube Channel Management - Own the end-to-end publishing process for YouTube content. - Optimize videos for SEO through titles, thumbnails, descriptions, keywords, and playlists. - Monitor channel performance and recommend improvements based on analytics. - Track key metrics such as CTR, audience retention, watch time, subscribers, and views. - Stay updated with YouTube algorithm changes and implement growth strategies. Instagram & Facebook Management - Repurpose podcast content into reels, clips, carousels, and promotional posts. - Manage publishing schedules across Instagram and Facebook. - Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all platforms. - Monitor engagement and optimize content performance. Team Leadership - Manage and mentor a Junior Channel Manager. - Delegate operational tasks while maintaining quality standards. - Review content before publishing and provide constructive feedback. - Build efficient workflows to improve team productivity. Analytics & Growth - Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports. - Analyze audience behavior and content performance. - Recommend experiments to improve reach, engagement, and subscriber growth. - Identify new content opportunities based on audience insights and market trends.
