Goldenswaan Company is seeking a skilled and creative Video Production Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of high-quality video content. This role is responsible for managing the full production lifecycle—from concept development and pre-production through filming, post-production, and final delivery. The ideal candidate has strong leadership abilities, technical expertise in video production, and the ability to bring storytelling ideas to life.
Lead and supervise all stages of video production (pre-production, production, post-production).
Develop production schedules, budgets, shot lists, and workflows.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors, talent, and freelancers.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with brand standards.
Collaborate with marketing, creative, and product teams to conceptualize video ideas.
Maintain a consistent visual style reflecting Goldenswaan’s brand identity.
Provide creative input on scripting, storyboarding, and design treatments.
Manage and maintain production equipment, cameras, lighting, audio gear, and editing systems.
Ensure high technical quality for all video outputs, including color, sound, and visual effects.
Implement best practices for filming, lighting, and audio recording.
Supervise videographers, editors, motion designers, and production assistants.
Provide feedback, coaching, and support to ensure exceptional creative output.
Manage workflow and workload for efficient operations.
Oversee video editing, sound design, color grading, and motion graphics.
Review and approve final cuts before publishing.
Ensure all assets are properly archived and organized.
Work closely with marketing teams to support campaigns, social media, events, and product launches.
Align content with company goals, audience insights, and brand messaging.
Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media, Communications, or related field.
1–5 years of experience in video production.
Experience producing content for digital marketing and social media platforms.
Understanding of motion graphics, animation, and VFX workflows.
Creative storytelling abilities and a strong visual eye.
Knowledge of color theory, sound mixing, and cinematography principles.
Full-time ( 10 to 6 - Monday to Saturday)
