Job Title: Tele-Sales Executive (Digital Marketing)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a high-energy, experienced Tele-Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling digital marketing solutions over the phone, converting leads into clients, and meeting ambitious sales targets. You will be responsible for explaining the benefits of our digital services, addressing objections, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
· Outbound Selling: Initiate high-volume outbound calls to prospective business clients to introduce and sell digital marketing products/services.
· Product Knowledge: Clearly explain technical services—such as SEO, PPC, Website Design, and Social Media Marketing—and their value propositions to potential clients.
· Lead Conversion: Follow up on inbound leads and conduct cold calls to convert prospects into paying clients.
· Objection Handling: Confidently handle customer objections, negotiate terms, and close sales over the phone.
· Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
· CRM Management: Maintain meticulous records of all calls, conversations, and sales data in the CRM system.
· Customer Relationship: Build rapport with potential clients and provide professional, informed service.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
· Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in tele-sales, specifically selling digital marketing services or IT solutions.
