Overview

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our brand’s presence across social media platforms. The ideal candidate should know SEO and will develop engaging content, implement marketing strategies, and analyze performance metrics to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals

• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, graphics)

• Manage company accounts on digital platforms

• Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitors to identify opportunities

• Respond to comments, messages, and engage with followers

• Run and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns

• Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions)

• Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams

Maintain brand voice and consistency across all platforms

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)

• 1–3 years of experience in social media management

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and algorithms

• Good knowledge of SEO and digital marketing

• Strong copywriting and communication skills

• Analytical mindset with data interpretation ability

• Creative thinking and trend awareness

• Video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.)

• Graphic design skills

• Influencer marketing experience

• Paid ads management experience
