We Are Hiring: Social Media Specialist (Paid Ads & Organic Strategy)

We are looking for a Social Media Specialist who can manage paid advertising campaigns and improve organic engagement across our social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns for lead generation and sales.

• Plan and manage social media content, including posts, captions, and creatives.

• Identify the right target audience and conduct basic keyword research.

• Perform A/B testing of ads, creatives, and audiences to improve results.

• Monitor campaign performance using Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking.

• Prepare regular performance reports and provide suggestions for improvement.

• Manage organic social media activities to increase reach, engagement, and followers.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

• Good knowledge of Meta Pixel, Conversion Tracking, Custom Audiences, and Google Search/Display Ads.

• Good copywriting and content creation skills.

• Basic knowledge of Canva or Adobe tools for graphic/video editing.

• Strong understanding of social media marketing and data analysis.

• Previous results such as lower CPL or higher ROAS will be an advantage.

Skills Required

• Social Media Management – Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.

• Paid Advertising – Meta Ads and Google Ads.

• Content Planning & Strategy – Plan engaging content for social media.

• Copywriting – Write clear and engaging captions, ad copy, and headlines.

• Audience Targeting – Understand audience research, targeting, and segmentation.

• Analytics & Reporting – Analyze campaign performance, reach, engagement, CPL, and ROAS.

• A/B Testing & Optimization – Test different creatives, audiences, and ad copies.

• Creative Tools – Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or Adobe tools.

• Video Editing – Basic knowledge of Reels/short-form video editing is a plus.

• Communication Skills – Good written and verbal communication.

• Trend Awareness – Stay updated with social media trends, formats, and platform updates.

• Problem-Solving & Creativity – Ability to develop new ideas and improve campaign performance
