Job Overview

Springfield Properties is looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Marketing Executive to manage our social media presence, create engaging content, promote real-estate projects, and drive brand visibility and leads through digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Springfield Properties social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.

• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

• Create engaging content including posts, reels, stories, videos and captions.

• Plan and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.

• Promote real-estate projects, properties, offers and company updates across digital platforms.

• Coordinate with the Sales team to understand projects, target audiences and lead-generation requirements.

• Generate and manage leads through social media campaigns.

• Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities for relevant and engaging content.

• Manage and optimize Meta Ads and paid social media campaigns.

• Track social media performance, engagement, reach, leads and other key metrics.

• Prepare regular social media performance reports.

• Ensure consistent brand communication across all social media platforms.

Eligibility

• Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.

• Prior experience in Social Media Marketing/Digital Marketing will be preferred.

• Experience in real-estate marketing will be an added advantage.

• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Meta Ads.

• Creative mindset with good communication and content-writing skills.

• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively.

• It is a Full Time డిజిటల్ మార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
