We are looking for a Social Media Manager and a dynamic video creator to join our team at Asl Realtors Llp to bring our properties to life on screen. In this role, you will be the visual voice of ASL Realtors—visiting field sites, producing mobile-first video tours, and driving active engagement across all social platforms.

The responsibility includes managing social media, Editing videos SEO, paid ads and other digital initiatives/projects. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹35,000 and a dynamic learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Field Filming & Direction: Visit property sites, active developments, and communities to capture high-quality video tours, drone clips, and agent interviews.

• Video Editing & Production: Edit 4–6 short-form promotional videos weekly (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) featuring trending audio, subtitles, and visual graphics.

• Channel Operations: Maintain daily posting schedules on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn; update property availability status promptly.

• Lead Handling & Engagement: Monitor and reply to daily comments, direct messages, and buyer inquiries, forwarding qualified sales leads to our agents.

• Run paid ads on Google, Facebook, etc.

• Improve social media platforms presence through engaging content.

• Perform keyword research and improve SEO rankings.

• Track campaign performance, optimize spends when necessary and prepare reports.

• Work with design and content teams for smooth execution.

• Come up with innovative digital marketing campaigns & strategies.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 5 years of experience. Knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads and basic analytics is also important for this role.

• It is a Full Time డిజిటల్ మార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 6 months - 5 years of experience.
