Role Overview:

The Social Media Executive will manage and grow our YouTube presence and support other social media platforms. The role involves creating and publishing content, engaging with the audience, and supporting digital activities to improve brand visibility and reach.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the company’s YouTube channel and other social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand voice and messaging.

• Plan, create, and publish engaging video and social content to increase reach and audience engagement.

• Track basic performance metrics and share insights to improve content and campaign effectiveness.

• Coordinate with external creators or partners when required and support online events or live sessions.

• Work with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of content in a fast-paced environment.

     Required Skills and Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with problem-solving ability.

• Hands-on experience with social media platforms, especially YouTube, and familiarity with others like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

• Ability to engage audiences, manage content, and maintain brand consistency.

• Strong time-management, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks independently.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.

• Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, social media management platforms, basic SEO/SEM).

• Basic knowledge of video editing or content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office for reporting and planning purposes.
