We are looking for a creative, energetic, and strategic Content Creator to join our marketing team. In this role, you won’t just be making "posts"—you will be the voice and visual identity of our brand. You will be responsible for ideating, producing, and editing high-quality content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
The ideal candidate lives and breathes digital trends, understands the nuances of different platforms, and possesses a "maker" mindset. Whether it’s a high-production brand film or a quick-turnaround trending Reel, you know how to capture attention and drive engagement.
Content Production: Script, film, and edit engaging short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) and long-form content.
Storytelling: Transform complex brand messages into relatable, human-centric narratives.
Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of the curve on social media trends, audio clips, and platform updates to keep our brand relevant.
Graphic Design: Create visually stunning static assets, carousels, and thumbnails using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma.
Copywriting: Craft compelling captions, hooks, and CTA (Call to Action) copy that aligns with our brand voice.
Community Engagement: Monitor comments and messages to foster a genuine connection with our audience.
Analytics: Track performance metrics to understand what works (and what doesn't) and pivot strategy accordingly.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing (a strong portfolio or personal brand is a must).
Technical Proficiency: Expert-level skills in mobile editing apps (CapCut, InShot) and/or professional software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects).
Visual Eye: Strong understanding of framing, lighting, and aesthetic composition.
Adaptability: Ability to switch between "lo-fi" authentic content and "hi-fi" polished brand assets.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for witty and engaging copy.
Independence: A self-starter who can take a rough concept and turn it into a finished product with minimal supervision.
