Key Responsibilities of Social Media Executive:

Making attractive templates & designs

Improve social media platforms' presence through engaging content.

Perform keyword research and improve SEO rankings.

Track campaign performance, when necessary and prepare reports.

Work with design and content teams for smooth execution.

Travel Blogs & Content writing.

Come up with innovative digital marketing campaigns & strategies. Social media promotions, like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc., are making travel Blogs and content if required. SEO promotions for our website.

Travel Arrangements: Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transportation.

Correspondence: Prepare and send emails, letters, and other correspondence on behalf of the Director.

Administrative Tasks: Perform a range of duties, including filing, data entry, and record-keeping. Event Planning: Assist with planning and coordinating events, conferences, and meetings. Communication: Liaison with vendors, other business associates, and other employees. Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Special Projects: Undertake special projects and tasks as assigned by the Director. The minimum qualification for this role is a graduate with 0-0.5 years of experience. To qualify for this job opening, you must have strong communication, multitasking ability and willingness to travel and work on the ground.

It's an entry-level job for a newcomer in our travel-related industry. We are a tour operator and travel agency located in Lenin Sarani, Kolkata – 700013, near Esplanade, as well as in Salt Lake Sector, near Sector 5 Metro Station. Our office hours are 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM from Monday to Saturday. Sundays and national holidays are off days, provided there is no travel-related work pending or any tour movement.

Requirements:

- A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and branding

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
