Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Marketing Executive to manage and grow our presence across social media platforms. The ideal candidate should be passionate about digital content, understand audience engagement, and be fluent in Kannada to create region-specific content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, plan, and publish content on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Write engaging captions and content in Kannada and English
• Manage daily posting schedules, comments, and messages
• Coordinate with design/video teams for creatives and reels
• Monitor engagement, reach, and basic performance metrics
• Stay updated with social media trends and platform features
• Support marketing campaigns and brand promotions

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Any graduate / diploma (marketing preferred but not mandatory)
• Fluency in Kannada (spoken & written) – Mandatory
• Basic communication skills in English
• Knowledge of major social media platforms
• Creative mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
