Social Media Executive | Full-Time

Make My Social Media is looking for a creative and skilled Social Media Executive who can manage different brands, create engaging content, run Meta Ads and help businesses grow online.

We need someone who understands social media trends, knows what content works and can turn creative ideas into real results.

Job Details

• Position: Social Media Executive

• Experience: Minimum 1 Year (Mandatory)

• Education: Graduate (Mandatory)

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000/month (Based on Skills & Experience)

• Location: Sector 3, Rohini, Delhi

• Work Mode: Work From Office | Full-Time

• Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Preferred: Previous experience in a Digital Marketing or Social Media Agency

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation & Social Media Strategy

• Research trending topics, viral content ideas, competitors and audience interests.

• Create monthly content calendars with a mix of educational, informative, engaging, trending and sales-focused content.

• Write creative content for graphics, carousels, captions, blogs, social media bios and ads.

• Write engaging Reel scripts with strong hooks, storytelling and clear CTAs.

• Research what content can increase followers, engagement, enquiries and sales.

• Use ChatGPT, Claude, Google Flow and other AI tools for research and content creation.

2. Social Media Management & Organic Growth

• Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Threads, X and Pinterest.

• Optimise social media profiles and content to increase organic reach, followers, views and engagement.

• Plan and follow daily posting schedules based on approved monthly calendars.

• Publish posts, reels, carousels and stories with engaging captions, relevant hashtags and keywords.

• Maintain an attractive Instagram grid with consistent colours, Reel thumbnails and brand themes.

• Create Instagram Stories, polls and other interactive content using Canva.

• Engage with followers by replying to comments, messages and mentions, and resharing relevant stories.

• Track social media trends, viral content formats and algorithm updates, and apply suitable strategies to improve performance.

3. Meta Ads & Paid Advertising

• Practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and experience running Facebook & Instagram Ads is required.

• Create, manage, monitor and optimise Meta Ads campaigns for awareness, engagement, leads and sales.

• Research audience behaviour, interests, locations and competitor advertisements.

• Write effective ad copy, headlines, hooks and CTAs for Meta graphic and Reel ads.

• Understand ad creatives, audience targeting, budgets and campaign performance.

• Analyse ad results and suggest improvements to reduce costs and improve leads.

• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp Ads, Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads is required.

4. Client Coordination, Research & Reporting

• Communicate with clients to understand requirements, collect content and manage approvals.

• Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors to complete work on time.

• Prepare clear creative briefs and manage multiple client accounts.

• Analyse social media performance, prepare monthly reports and plan the next month's content calendar based on results.

• Research influencers and coordinate brand collaborations.

• Manage and optimise Google Business Profiles (Google My Business).

• Organise client content and files using Google Drive, Docs and Sheets.

Tools & Software Knowledge

AI & Content: ChatGPT, Claude, Google Flow, AI Image & Video Tools

Design & Editing: Canva, CapCut, InShot or Similar Tools (Basic Graphic Design & Video Editing)

Advertising: Meta Ads Manager, Meta Ads Library, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, WhatsApp Ads

Social Media Management: Meta Business Suite, Scheduling Tools, Social Media Insights & Analytics

Other Tools: Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Business Profile

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional social media management experience is mandatory.

• Strong content research, caption writing and Reel scriptwriting skills.

• Ability to plan content that helps increase organic followers, reach, engagement and leads.

• Hands-on experience running and managing Meta Ads campaigns.

• Good understanding of social media algorithms, trends and audience behaviour.

• Experience creating and managing monthly content calendars.

• Knowledge of Canva, basic video editing and AI tools.

• Good client communication, team coordination and time management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple brands and meet deadlines.

• Creative thinking, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Ready to learn new tools and strategies and improve skills with guidance from our team.

Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in Digital Marketing or Social Media Agencies.
